How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are currently dispatched within 1-2 business days approximately. Delivery time is on top of this, see below for delivery estimations.

Where will my order be shipped from?
The stock for our LED House Numbers is held in Sydney. All orders are shipped from there.

How will I know once my order has been shipped / fulfilled?
You will receive a notification email with your tracking number, once your order has been fulfilled.

Are the house numbers made to order?
Unlike many other companies the house numbers sold via our ‘Shop’ are not made to order, we hold stock of the exact product shown online in our Sydney warehouse.

What is the delivery time?
This depends on your location in Australia. As orders are sent from Sydney, that is the quickest delivery zone. Metro areas will receive quicker delivery than regional areas.

Please use the below timeframes as a guideline only, these times may vary depending on different external factors effecting delivery providers. The times listed are from order fulfilment (see above for our current fulfilment timeframes).

  • Sydney metro – 1-3 working days

  • NSW – 2-6 working days

  • Non-Sydney metro areas – 2-6 working days

  • Non-NSW regional areas – 4-8 working days
